Roberto Bonsignore’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Roberto joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2005. He worked in the Brussels office until August 1998, when he moved to the Rome office. He was based in the New York office in 2000 and 2001 and moved to the Milan office in 2005. Before joining Cleary, Roberto worked in Philadelphia at the Mattioni Law Offices from 1993 to 1994, and in Turin at the law office of Marco Weigmann from 1995 to 1996. He has also collaborated with Prof. Rodolfo Sacco of the University of Turin.
