Robert Kordić has been an associate in the competition & EU team at CMS Slovenia since 2019, he is based in Ljubljana. He advises on a range of antitrust and merger control issues, including obtaining EU and Slovenian merger control clearances for clients and handling competition law risk management and compliance training. He is also experienced in advising on regulatory issues, especially on the regulatory framework for electronic communications in the EU and SEE region. He advises clients across a number of industry sectors with a particular focus on lifesciences, telecommunications and media.
