Richard Rinkema

Richard (Dick) Rinkema is Lead Counsel, Asia Competition Law & Policy, at Microsoft. Dick advises the company across the Greater Asia region on competition and market regulation policy, responses to government inquiries, and compliance with antitrust laws. Before relocating to the Washington, DC, area in 2020, Dick was based in Microsoft’s Singapore and Beijing offices since 2014. Including his time with an international law firm prior to joining Microsoft, Dick has over 15 years of experience advising companies on competition law and policy issues around the world.
