As a senior associate in the Competition Department, Richard has a broad range of experience advising clients on all aspects of UK and EU antitrust and competition law. Richard regularly advises clients on the merger control aspects of transactions, the impact of competition law on their distribution and other commercial arrangements, and on the design and implementation of competition compliance programmes. He also has extensive experience helping clients respond to competition investigations and damages actions arising out of alleged anti-competitive conduct. He regularly works with authorities and local lawyers across a range of different jurisdictions and legal systems. Richard advises across a wide variety of business sectors, including financial services, retail, luxury consumer goods and technology.
