Renella Reumerman is a Referendaire at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Before that she worked at UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and at the Cooperation and Competition Panel as senior legal adviser. She is a competition law specialist with experience in all aspects of EU and UK competition law. She worked as case manager and legal adviser at the UK Office of Fair Trading for five years, gaining experience in merger control in a wide range of sectors, as well as the application and enforcement of Articles 101 and 102 and the Competition Act 1998. Prior to joining the OFT, she worked for law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for six years, where she qualified as a solicitor. Renella holds an LL.M. in European Commercial Law, including competition law.
