Rebecca “Becki” McCraw is a special associate in the Antitrust practice group at Shearman. She focuses on the Hart-Scott-Rodino Improvements Act and the premerger compliance process. Before joining Shearman & Sterling, Becki served as both an Attorney Advisor and Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. She also worked for another international law firm on antitrust matters.
