Renée DuPree is director, competition and compliance at Google, which she joined in 2012. Renée DuPree is an antitrust attorney with sixteen years of experience in counseling and training clients on legally permissible pricing strategies, product bundling programs, exclusive agency relationships, marketing and advertising campaigns, and the antitrust aspects of joint ventures, distribution contracts, IP licenses and other transactions as well as representing clients on a variety of matters, including government investigations, HSR Act filings, and merger clearance matters in front of the DOJ, FTC, and several competition authorities worldwide. She joined Google in 2012.
