Sneha Ramakrishnan is a VP in Barclays’ Global Competition Team, based in London. She advises the investment bank and functions globally, including on antitrust investigations/litigation, M&A, designing/implementing compliance programmes and general advisory matters. Sneha has particular expertise of advising on ESG, HR practices, multi-bank deals and blockchain.
