Radovan is a senior lawyer in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Commercial Groups based in Bratislava. Since his admission into the Slovak bar, he has gathered experience across many other areas of law, in particular, commercial and civil litigation at regular Slovak courts and Slovak arbitration courts. He has also gained experience in real estate and finance, where he has been focusing on project finance and acquisition finance related issues. His experience includes providing full scale advisory services to a consortium of foreign investors in regards to the historically first tree PPP highway construction and operation projects.
