Pablo Márquez is a partner at Márquez Barrera Castañeda Ramírez. He holds a PhD from Oxford University and a master’s degree from Harvard University. He is a professor of law at Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. Pablo has over 20 years of experience in competition law and ICT. He was the chairman of the Commission for Communications Regulation and Superintendent for Antitrust at the Colombian Competition Authority. Pablo has won several awards, such as the Caldas Award from the Colombian Central Bank, the Medal of Merit in Telecoms from the Government of Colombia and the Robert Cooter Award in Law and Economics.
