


Niklas Brueggemann
Dr. Niklas Brueggemann is a policy officer at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP), Unit A4 – ECN & Private Enforcement. Prior to joining DG COMP in January 2021, he worked as a lawyer in the antitrust and competition practice group of an international law firm from 2018 to 2020. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Munich and publishes frequently on all aspects of German and European competition law as well as private international law.
