Professor at the Sorbonne Law School of the University of Paris 1-Panthéon-Sorbonne, Michel Menjucq is co-director of the Sorbonne Business Department of the Sorbonne’s Institute of Legal Research (IRJS). He teaches international and European corporate law, and the law of companies in difficulty, both domestic and international. He is the director of the Master 2 International Corporate Operations and Taxation, created on his initiative in 2010.
In parallel to his scientific and teaching activities, Michel Menjucq is a consultant and arbitrator.
