Michael P. Jones litigates high-stakes cases involving restrictive covenant agreements and trade secrets, including noncompete, nonsolicitation, nondisclosure, and related post-employment obligations, in state and federal courts throughout the country. He draws on his significant litigation experience to draft and advise clients on restrictive covenants. Mike also litigates single plaintiff cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment arising under state and federal statutes, including Title VII, the ADA, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. He currently serves as co-leader of the labor and employment practice’s Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition Task Force.
