Dr Maximilian Volmar is an associate at Linklaters in Berlin. He specialises in M&A transactions, restructurings and joint ventures, and has a particular focus on advising investors and utilities in the energy and renewables sector. Prior to joining Linklaters, he was an Associate at a leading US law firm in Berlin and a trainee at the European Commission in Brussels.
