Dr. Max-Niklas Blome is an associate in the competition and dispute resolution practices. His work covers the whole of German and EU competition and antitrust law. This includes, among others, German and European merger control, cartel proceedings and litigation, co-operation and distribution contracts, and competition law compliance. Max is also part of the dispute resolution department, focusing on litigation and internal investigations. He is the author of various legal publications and a member of several professional associations, including Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, Kartellrechtsforum Frankfurt and WisteV. Max studied at the University of Mannheim (Dr. iur.) and London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M.). Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked as a competition associate in the Frankfurt office of Gleiss Lutz.
