Marcela is a partner at VMCA and the head of the firm’s data protection area. Former advisor and chief of staff for the Office of the President at the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE) and former Commissioner at the Federal Council for the Fund for the Defense of Collective Rights. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sao Paulo and was a Visiting Researcher at Yale Law School.
