Head of Competition law
Manish Das is the head of competition law for Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to joining Lloyds, Mr Das worked at a leading international law firm advising on a wide range of competition law issues involving the EU Commission, national competition authorities and national courts, such as, M&A transactions, restructurings, commercial joint ventures, dominance issues, pricing related issues, cartels, competition investigations, market investigations, and competition law related litigation. Manish has also worked at DG Competition in its Financial Services unit. Manish Das is also a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London (lecturing on competition law on the LL.M Programme), and has written several articles on the subject.
