Malo Depincé is director of the Innovation Communication and Market Laboratory at the University of Montpellier. A lecturer in law since 2006, Malo Depincé was deputy director and then director of the UMR Dynamique du droit (CNRS and University of Montpellier). He holds a Master’s degree in competition and consumer law and a doctorate in law (The Precautionary Principle, 2004). He teaches contract law, consumer law, competition law, and European Union business law. A recognized specialist in market law, he is the co-author of a manual on consumer law (Dalloz) and another on competition law (LexisNexis). He is also the co-author of a column on distribution law (Semaine Juridique édition entreprise).He is the director of the Master 2 in consumer and competition law.
