Louis Delvaux joined Macfarlanes in January 2022 after practising privatley at the Brussels Bar. He is based in the Brussels and London offices and specialises in cases with EU or international dimensions across several industries, such as automotive, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, retail, manufacturing, computer hardware, technology, and telecommunications. He has assisted clients in proceedings with national competition authorities and the European Commission. He also advises clients on EU and national foreign direct investment regimes, as well as general EU law.
