Lochy Macpherson is Commercial Director at FinLegal (London). As an accountant by training and banker by background, he first got involved in litigation funding with Close Brothers Groups acquisition of Novitas in 2017. Having experienced many of the complexities and barriers involved in getting funding in place he was motivated to leave to join the FinLegal team in 2020 on its mission to bring down the barriers associated with getting funding and after the event Insurance in place. Under his guidance, FinLegal Is now the largest online marketplace for litigation funding in the world.
