Lionel Zevounou (born 1980) is an Associate Professor of public Law at University of Paris Nanterre. He teaches European administrative Law, administrative law and Public Administration. He holds a doctorate in public Law. His doctoral thesis concerns competition law and legal theory and was written under the supervision of Pierre Brunet (Les usages de la notion de concurrence en droit, Paris, LGDJ, 2012). In association with others colleagues, he worked with the French Ministry for Economics (2013-2017) on a project which concerned public Law and accountability published under the supervision of Sébastien Kott (dir.), Droit et comptabilité publique. La spécificité des comptes publics, Paris, Economica, 2017). His most recent article, published in Jus Politicum. Revue de droit politique n°20, is entitled « La “Constitution économique” : une analyse
critique ». He is mostly interested in Economic Sociology, Legal theory and European law.
