Lincoln O. Bisbee is a partner with Morgan Lewis in Washington. He represents employers in a broad array of complex employment cases throughout the United States. Among other matters, Lincoln defends employers in class actions and individual-plaintiff cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, and employment tort claims. He also has experience litigating whistleblower claims under a variety of statutes both in court and before the US Department of Labor.
