Mr Godard joined Magenta in September 2021, he works in European and French competition law (antitrust, merger control, restrictive practices), both as counsel and in litigation, also dealing with issues relating to distribution and consumer law, energy law and regulated sectors.

In addition, Lénaïc holds a doctorate in law after having defended a thesis entitled "Droits des pratiques anticoncurrentielles et des pratiques restrictives de concurrence" (Anti-competitive practices and restrictive competition practices law), winner of the 2021 competition law thesis prize of the Bruylant publishing house and published in the Competition Law collection. Furthermore he is also a member of the board of AFEC Jeunes and a researcher associated with the DANTE Laboratory of the University of Paris-Saclay, as well as a member of the Master II "Competition and Contract Law" directed by Professor Chagny (University of Paris-Saclay).
