Laura Ballester co-founded Adeona in 2002. She first practiced competition law in American law firms, and then dedicated her practice to the defence of employees. She has progressively developed a consulting activity for companies concerned with the well-being of their employees. Laura Ballester is a committed activist who also devotes part of her time to defending women’s rights, both in the workplace and in the private sphere. She holds a Master’s degree from Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris. She is admitted to the Paris Bar.
