Keith Klovers is an Attorney Advisor at the US Federal Trade Commission. Before that, he was a Judicial Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He previously was an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised clients in U.S. merger clearance, antitrust litigation, and antitrust compliance matters. Significant matters included Tronox/Cristal, Teva/Allergan generics, and AT&T/Leap Wireless. Mr. Klovers has also served as an economic consultant at Criterion Economics and Empiris, where he helped prepare expert testimony in antitrust, finance, and telecommunications matters.
