Keith Klovers is Of Counsel in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Washington, D.C., office, where his practice focuses on merger review, government conduct investigations, and antitrust litigation and counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Keith served at the Federal Trade Commission as Attorney Advisor to Commissioner Christine S. Wilson and, before that, in the same capacity for Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen. During his tenure, Keith advised the Commissioners on more than one hundred mergers and conduct investigations and several significant antitrust policy initiatives. Before that, he was a Judicial Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He previously was an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised clients in U.S. merger clearance, antitrust litigation, and antitrust compliance matters. Significant matters included Tronox/Cristal, Teva/Allergan generics, and AT&T/Leap Wireless. Mr. Klovers has also served as an economic consultant at Criterion Economics and Empiris, where he helped prepare expert testimony in antitrust, finance, and telecommunications matters.
