Kavita Pillai is a counsel with Covington & Burling in Washington. She represents clients in a wide variety of antitrust matters, with a focus on government investigations. She regularly represents clients in merger reviews by the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. She has experience counseling clients on regulatory risk throughout the transaction process and responding to Second Requests. Kavita Pillai also represents clients facing civil conduct investigations by federal and state agencies and has a broad range of civil litigation experience.
