Joséphine Fourquet

Joséphine Fourquet is Innovation and New Markets Manager for Agromousquetaires in Paris. From 2015 to 2020, she was an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and was based in the firm’s Paris office. Her practice focused on EU and French competition/antitrust law and merger control in its advisory and litigation aspects. Joséphine Fourquet is a graduate of the University Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne, where she obtained a Postgraduate degree (DEA) in Anglo-American Business Law in 2006. She also holds a LL.M degree in EU Competition Law from the University of London in 2007. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she was an associate within an American law firm in Paris for more than five years and worked as in-house lawyer for Société Générale. Joséphine Fourquet is admitted to the Paris Bar and, in addition to her native French, she speaks English and Spanish.
