Jonathan D. Morris is a Partner at the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He has more than 20 years of experience representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures across various industries. As a deputy leader of the firm’s global corporate and business transactions practice, Jon has represented strategic companies and private equity funds in hundreds of transactions involving both publicly traded and privately held enterprises.
