John Eichlin joined Linklaters in 2012. He is antitrust & foreign investment counsel. He represents U.S. and international clients in all phases of the merger review process and advises on a broad range of antitrust and regulatory issues related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other business arrangements. He also counsels clients on enforcement and compliance matters related to cartels, monopolization / abuse of dominance, vertical restraints, and other antitrust law issues. John has a particular focus on guiding clients through complex global antitrust issues facing clients in innovative industries, including the technology, financial services, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has previously supported clients from Linklaters’ Beijing office and has co-authored several articles on the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law, including Best Asian Antitrust Business Article at the 2016 Concurrences Antitrust Writing Awards.
