Johan Hedelin, LL.D. Candidate, Center for Business Law, Stockholm School of Economics, presently also assisting the ministry in drafting the Swedish transposition of the directive on Unfair Trading Practices. He is an economist as well as a lawyer and his research explores the intersection of state-aid, public procurement and competition law. He has previously published on the practical applications of these laws for the municipal sector and since 2002 he has held several different positions at the Swedish Competition Authority.
