Jeremy Bacharach is a doctoral student and assistant at the Banking and Finance Law Centre of the University of Geneva. After having practiced at the Geneva Bar, he is currently writing a thesis at the intersection of criminal law and banking law under the supervision of Prof. Ursula Cassani and Christian Bovet on the subject of cryptomoney and money laundering.
