Javier earned a degree with honors in Law from University Complutense of Madrid (1992), jointly with a specialization degree with honors in Business Administration (specialty “Jurídico-Empresarial”) from Colegio Universitario San Pablo Madrid (1993) and a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law at King’s College of London (2009). He is admitted to the Madrid Lawyers Bar since 1992.
