Jason Radford is a partner in our corporate practice Jason is global head of the corporate practice and has been involved in many aspects of infrastructure transactions including joint ventures, M&A deals, fund raisings, project finance, and PPP/PFI transactions. Jason has been involved in greenfield and brownfield transactions in numerous jurisdictions including the UK, US, Canada, the Caribbean, mainland Europe and Asia. Jason’s reputation is reflected in being one of a very few number of lawyers to be ranked in both Chambers UK and Chambers US. Jason is a member of the Ashurst Board (appointed in November 2016).
