Jamie joined Hausfeld as an intern and has since trained and qualified at the firm. He has been a pivotal team member on some of Hausfeld’s most prominent cases, including the £480 million opt-out representative action against Qualcomm, New Balance’s ground-breaking fast-track claim against Liverpool FC, and the award-winning Trucks cartel claims. Jamie was also part of Hausfeld’s antitrust automotive practice – the strongest in Europe – for over two years. During his training, Jamie undertook a secondment at Which ? where he gained in-house experience, focusing on commercial contracts and data protection matters.Jamie has considerable case management experience, having been involved in proceedings at various stages, including pre-action, disclosure and trial, and has also been involved in successful mediation and settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Jamie volunteered at Citizens Advice and undertook work placements at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Mayer Brown, where he obtained an insight into additional practice areas including media law, intellectual property law and construction law.
