Hilal Özçelik Güldeste

Hilal Özçelik Güldeste is a Competition Compliance Manager at Trendyol in Ankara. She graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Law in 2016 and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar in 2017. She joined ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law in 2016. Ms. Güldeste’s practice area is competition law. She focuses on advising clients mainly on the investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority, merger control related matters and day-to-day issues on competition law. She has represented various multinational and national companies before the Turkish Competition Authority. She has given numerous legal memoranda in relation to compliance to competition law rules. She is fluent in English.
