Hakim Hadj-Aissa

Hakim Hadj-Aïssa is a lecturer at the University Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (Paris-Saclay) since 2020 and is a member of the business law and new technologies laboratory. He holds a Phd degree in law from Lorraine University. His thesis focuses on the study of the significant imbalance under Article L. 442-1 of the French Commercial Code (formerly Article L. 442-6) which will be published by Bruylant in the Competition Law collection.
