Germán Macías focuses his practice on the areas of capital markets, antitrust matters and, mergers and acquisitions. He is experienced in investigative procedures in connection with antitrust matters ; specifically, in regulated sectors. His practice also concentrates on planning transactions from the beginning until obtaining of regulatory approvals. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Germán held positions at the Investigative Authority of COFECE, and at a prestigious administrative and commercial litigation boutique law firm. During his practice, he has participated in several investigations for the alleged violations to the Federal Economic Competition Law.
