George L. Priest

George L. Priest is a Professor of Law and Economics and Kauffman distinguished researched scholar in Law, Economics and Entrepreneurship. George L. Priest has a B.A. from Yale and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. He also teaches courses in antitrust, insurance, regulation, and capitalism, including a film course on the treatment of capitalism in film and has focused his research over the past two decades on antitrust, the operation of private and public insurance, and the role of the legal system in promoting economic growth.
