Gaia Accetta is an associate with Portolano Cavallo. She began her pre-graduation legal traineeship at Portolano Cavallo in February 2019.That same year she earned her law degree from Milan’s Bocconi University – School of Law ; her thesis was titled “Bankruptcy in Cases of Financial Statement Fraud”. After graduating she continued to work with the firm, focusing largely on corporate law and assisting with ordinary and extraordinary corporate management and writing opinions related to the corporate sphere. As part of her studies, Gaia participated in the Exchange Program and studied at “Bucerius Law School” in Hamburg.
