Francesca assists major commercial airlines over regulatory and competition matters. She assists clients before the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) in connection with unfair commercial practices and misleading advertisement investigations and represent clients before national courts in the contest of proceedings for the annulment of antitrust and unfair commercial practices fines. Francesca graduated in law at the University of Trento and in addition to Italian she speaks English and German.
