Francesco Iodice’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions. His work includes financing, restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Francesco also has experience in bankruptcy litigation and government’s golden powers. Francesco joined the firm in 2008. From 2008 to 2013, he was resident in the Milan office and in 2014 and 2015 he was resident in the London office.
