Faustine Viala is a partner in the Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group, based in the Paris office. Faustine has experience in European and French competition law. Her main areas of practice encompass merger control, anticompetitive practices (anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominant position) and distribution law, advising French and international companies. Faustine advises companies mainly active in the fields of media, sports, chemical industry, aeronautic, cosmetics and telecoms, focusing both on counseling and litigation. Prior to joining Willkie, Faustine worked as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2003 to 2006.
