Fabrice Dufresne is the director of the Institut d’Emission d’Outre-Mer (IEOM) agency in French Polynesia since 2020. The IEOM is the Central bank for French overseas territories in the Pacific. Fabrice holds a Masters in Economics from the Panthéon- Sorbonne University and the Ecole Normale Supérieure and a DEA in Currency, Finance, Banking. His also held positions at the Banque de France and the French Development Agency (AFD), focusing on management, human resources management, economic and financial issues. Since 1992, he worked in the human resources department of the AFD, the IEOM and the IEDOM (delegated central bank in the French overseas departments and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon - a subsidiary of the Banque de France), at the general management in Paris and in several overseas territories : Martinique, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and Guyane.
