Emmanuel Massé is the chief of the Macroeconomic and European Affairs Department at the French treasury, and member of the Board of Directors of the European Investment Bank. He was a lecturer of finance and insurance at ENSAE ParisTech from 2005 to 2006, head of office at D4E within the french Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, and project manager at the statistic methodology unit at the INSEE. He holds a degree from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE ParisTech, a Master 2 from Pierre et Marie Curie University (Paris VI).
