Eduardo Frade is a partner at VMCA. Former General-Superintendent of the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE) and former advisor for Commissioners at CADE’s Tribunal, he also headed a unit at the Regulatory Policy branch of the Brazilian Civil Aviation Secretariat. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Brasilia, bachelor degrees both in law (UniCEUB) and in international relations (University of Brasília) and was a Visiting Scholar at the George Mason University.
