Dwayne Bach is a doctoral candidate at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. His research focuses on the limitations in copyright and competition law for publishers in esports. He worked at multiple law firms and assisted arbitrator Prof. Dr. Martin Schimke in several proceedings at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.
