Dimitri Guarneri joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2019. He advises on public law and in particular on the following areas : public contracts (including public procurement, concessions, public-private partnerships, public domain occupation agreements, complex contractual arrangements) and other public law matters : public property law, financing of public entities, public and parapublic institutions, social housing and public aid. Dimitri also advises on the control of foreign investments in France.
