Cynthia Andino

Independant Consultant

Cynthia Andino is an independent consultant on competition and commerce. She holds a master’s in business law from the University of Strasbourg and a European Master’s in transnational trade law and finance, University of Deusto and University of Tilburg. Mrs Andino participated in the commission that drafted Paraguay’s Competition Defence Act and was Paraguay’s coordinator for UNCTAD’s COMPAL programme. She participated in the Trade Defence and Competition Commission of MERCOSUR, and the negotiation group for the EU–MERCOSUR Trade Agreement Competition and Trade Remedies Chapters.
