Dr. Christoph A. Baus is a partner in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. He is Chair of the Litigation Department in Germany, and is a litigation and arbitration lawyer. He is former Global Vice Chair of the department. Mr. Baus has extensive trial and arbitration experience in a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial cases, securities, professional liability, shareholder disputes, M&A transactions, restructurings, and antitrust. He has recently led cases involving several large international insurance entities and municipal governments.
