Brian has represented some of the world’s largest companies, their officers, and directors, predominantly in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Brian has participated in all phases of pre-trial practice including drafting pleadings, briefs and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, presenting arguments, and being a member of several trial teams. He also has experience advising directors, officers, and corporate counsel on matters of corporate and alternative entity governance. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brian was a corporate litigation associate at a large firm in Delaware. While in law school, Brian was an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a student-attorney in the Gender Violence Clinic. In college, Brian was a three-time captain of the NCAA Division 1 men’s basketball team and an Academic All-American Finalist.
